如何看待中国今年第二季度经济增速放缓？金砖国家新开发银行副行长兼首席财务官马磊立（Leslie Maasdorp）在接受总台CGTN主持人王冠的采访时指出，在经历了几十年的经济腾飞之后，中国经济的发展重心正在发生变化，从高增长向高质量转型。他认为，未来的中国经济更需要注重可持续发展，以寻求从量变到质变的突破。中国政府正努力缩小城乡差距，并确保经济可持续增长。新开发银行希望通过投资基础设施项目来支持和促成这一转变，尤其希望能够帮助中国西部地区的发展。

In a significant shift from decades of rapid growth, the Chinese economy is now placing greater emphasis on high-quality and sustainable development. Leslie Maasdorp, VP & CFO of New Development Bank (NDB), points out that Chinese authorities are directing their efforts toward fostering inclusive growth and long-term stability, addressing disparities between rural and urban areas, and ensuring the sustainability of economic expansion. He adds that the NDB pledges to support this shift by investing in infrastructure projects to fuel growth, especially in western China, with 24% of its $35 billion portfolio dedicated to these initiatives.
